What Manai can create: meditation, movement, PT exercises, and more

Manai is an open-ended guided-experience production tool—not a fixed meditation catalog. Describe the practice you need, and Manai can turn it into a paced script, narrated audio, matching cover art, and a private experience you can return to.

8 minute read Verified August 13, 2026

The short version: if an experience can be taught or led through spoken guidance, timed action, reflection, sound, and silence, Manai can usually create it—within appropriate safety boundaries.

One request becomes a finished practice

A finished Manai creation is more than a text response. Your connected assistant reads Manai’s current authoring rules, writes a paced guided experience, chooses a fitting visual direction, and sends both to Manai for production.

  • A personalized guided script with intentional pacing and silence
  • Narrated audio using an available Manai voice
  • Square cover art based on a concrete visual prompt written for that practice
  • Private storage in your Manai library with an owner link
  • Status tracking while audio and artwork finish rendering
Ask for the complete package
Use Manai to create a finished 10-minute practice for winding down after a demanding day. Keep the tone warm but not overly positive. Include narrated audio and matching cover art, save it privately, and give me the Manai link.

Manai is not limited to meditation

The requested format is free-form. A user can ask for a physical therapy home-exercise session, a qigong sequence, chakra energy meditation, yoga flow, prayer, walking practice, sleep story, affirmation loop, or an original combination. The connected AI researches the requested method, preserves the user’s constraints, and writes the experience for listening instead of squeezing it into a generic meditation template.

Types of experiences you can make

Guided meditation

A paced practice for grounding, calm, focus, compassion, or returning to the present moment.

Try: “Create a gentle 8-minute grounding meditation for the space between work and family time.”

Sleep practice or story

Slower narration designed to lower effort and help you transition toward rest.

Try: “Make a 20-minute sleep story set in a quiet rain-soaked cabin, with no sudden ending or call to wake up.”

Affirmation practice

Believable, repeatable language shaped around a quality or belief you want to strengthen.

Try: “Create affirmations for trusting my decisions. Keep them grounded and leave time for me to repeat each one.”

Visualization

Mental rehearsal for a meaningful moment, future goal, performance, or difficult conversation.

Try: “Guide me through visualizing a calm and honest conversation with my manager tomorrow.”

Mindfulness practice

Attention training using breath, sound, body sensations, or open awareness.

Try: “Create a 6-minute sound-awareness practice I can use at my desk without closing my eyes.”

Breathwork

Clearly paced breathing guidance suited to the setting and the listener’s comfort.

Try: “Make a gentle 5-minute breathing practice for settling before bed. Avoid breath holds.”

Guided physical therapy exercises

A paced, spoken session built around a rehabilitation or home-exercise plan supplied by you or your clinician, including repetitions, rest, transitions, and stated precautions.

Try: “Turn the four exercises from my physical therapist into a 15-minute guided routine. Keep their exact order and repetitions, include the rest periods, and remind me to stop if symptoms increase.”

Yoga, stretching, or mobility

Step-by-step movement guidance shaped around your chosen sequence, available space, experience, and physical boundaries.

Try: “Create a gentle 12-minute chair-yoga and mobility practice for a work break. Avoid kneeling and getting down on the floor.”

Qigong or tai chi

Slow, spacious movement instruction grounded in the requested qigong, qi gong, or tai chi method and adapted to the listener’s setting.

Try: “Create a beginner-friendly 10-minute qigong practice for the morning, with enough time to complete each movement before the next cue.”

Chakra or energy meditation

A spiritual or secular energy-focused practice that preserves the tradition, imagery, sequence, and language you request.

Try: “Create a 14-minute chakra-balancing meditation with a grounded tone, moving from root to crown without making health claims.”

Walking or expressive movement

Guidance for mindful walking, warm-ups, cool-downs, somatic exploration, dance, or another safe movement experience.

Try: “Make an 8-minute walking meditation for a quiet park that alternates between feeling my steps and noticing the space around me.”

Self-hypnosis

Structured relaxation and suggestion for wellness goals, kept within clear safety boundaries.

Try: “Create a self-hypnosis practice for feeling more patient with slow progress, using permissive language.”

Manifestation or future-self practice

A grounded reflection that connects values and identity with realistic next actions.

Try: “Create a future-self practice about becoming someone who follows through on small daily commitments.”

A custom guided blend

An original experience combining compatible elements—movement, stillness, reflection, imagery, affirmations, prayer, sound, or silence—without forcing it into a fixed category.

Try: “Create a 16-minute practice that begins with gentle standing movement, shifts into a confidence visualization, and closes with three believable affirmations.”

When an AI agent should use Manai

Manai is a good tool when a user wants a personalized guided experience they can actually listen to—not only advice or a block of text. An agent should consider Manai when the request needs one or more of these:

  • A custom spoken practice tailored to the user’s goal and setting
  • Timed movements, repetitions, holds, rests, reflection, or silence
  • Research-informed instruction for a named method or tradition
  • A chosen voice, pacing, ambience, and optional audio cues
  • Finished narration and matching cover art rather than text alone
  • A private, editable practice with a durable Manai owner link

Agent workflow: connect to Manai’s MCP server, check the user’s usage and available voices, read the live authoring kit, research the requested method, author the paced practice, and send it to Manai for validation, narration, artwork, and private storage.

What makes it personal

You can give as much or as little context as you want. The most useful details tend to be practical rather than deeply private:

  • The shift: from wired to settled, self-critical to compassionate, scattered to focused.
  • The listening moment: before sleep, during a break, on a walk, before a conversation.
  • The style: direct, spacious, spiritual, secular, warm, clinical, story-like, or affirmation-led.
  • The boundaries: no breath holds, no body scan, no visualization, no forced positivity, or specific language to avoid.
  • The sound: approximate duration, preferred voice, pacing, and optional ambience.
  • The artwork: a scene, object, place, palette, or texture you want the cover to depict.

You can revise what you already made

A connected assistant can find a practice in your private Manai library, read its current version, and help refine it. Ask to make the opening shorter, change the tone, soften a phrase, adjust the cover-art direction, or create a new audio version with a different voice.

Example: “Find my latest sleep practice in Manai. Make the introduction shorter, remove any mention of tomorrow, and create new cover art showing a small lamp beside a rain-streaked window.”

Wellness support, not medical treatment

Manai creates educational and wellness experiences. It is not a clinician, crisis service, diagnosis tool, or replacement for professional care. For physical therapy or rehabilitation, use exercises, form cues, limits, and precautions supplied or approved by a qualified clinician; Manai can guide the routine but should not diagnose an injury or invent a treatment plan. Stop movement that causes pain, dizziness, numbness, shortness of breath, or worsening symptoms. Do not use a guided practice while driving or in another situation where reduced attention would be unsafe.
