Create a custom guided practice with more than one technique

Manai is an AI creation app for personalized guided audio, including sessions that combine compatible practices. Describe your situation, the techniques you want, and the purpose of each part. Shape the script, narration, pauses, and optional background sound, then save a recording you can return to. A useful blend gives every part a clear job.

Give the session one direction

A blend becomes personal when its parts serve the same moment. Before a difficult conversation, noticing your surroundings could help you arrive, visualization could give you time to rehearse your opening sentence, and a short affirmation could leave you with words to remember.

Those parts need different instructions. Observing a breath asks you to notice; imagining a conversation asks you to rehearse; repeating a sentence asks you to speak or think the words. Our view is that a transition should tell you when the task changes. Otherwise, adding techniques can leave you following several unfinished instructions at once.

Choose an order that you can explain

You can request a body scan followed by gratitude, EFT tapping followed by a personal affirmation, or breath awareness followed by goal visualization. These are possible creative briefs, not tested protocols or evidence that combinations improve outcomes.

Explain why you want each part. “First notice the room; then practice one response; finish with a phrase I can use” is enough. If you do not know a technique’s name, describe the activity and ask Manai to suggest a simple structure before producing it.

Keep physical instructions suitable for your setting. A seated reflection should not unexpectedly become a movement sequence. If you want guidance for familiar movements, specify them and leave time to change position.

An original request for a blended recording

Illustrative request:

Create a seven-minute guided practice before I ask my manager for clearer priorities. Begin with a short, eyes-open arrival at my desk. Let me notice three ordinary sounds and my natural breathing. Then clearly transition into imagining myself asking, “Which one should I finish first?” Leave twenty seconds for me to rehearse saying it. Finish with the sentence “I can ask one clear question.” Use a warm narrator, no music, and an alert return to the room.

The detail that matters is the question. Each stage prepares for it, practices it, or makes it easier to remember. This prompt illustrates what to request; it is not a transcript of a produced recording.

Review the joins, then revise the part that misses

Read the script before producing audio when the wording matters. After listening, notice whether one part ends before another begins, whether an image has time to develop, and whether a repeat-after-me line leaves space for your response.

Ask for a specific revision: “Keep the opening, shorten the imagined conversation, and give me more silence after the question.” A changed script needs updated narration to be heard. You can choose available narrators and background options, or use an eligible personal voice. Save the version that fits and replay it without constructing the same sequence again.

Frequently asked questions

Can Manai combine techniques in one audio session?

Yes. Request the techniques, their order, your total available time, and the purpose of each part. Review the sequence so the instructions remain coherent and appropriate to you.

What if I only know how I want to feel?

Describe your current situation and the direction you want to practice, such as being clearer before a conversation. Ask Manai to suggest a format. You can refine that suggestion before creating the audio.

Can I control the pauses between sections?

You can request transition gaps and time for particular activities. Explain whether you want silence to repeat words, imagine a scene, or simply rest; those activities may need different amounts of room.

Can I combine a spiritual framework with practical rehearsal?

You can ask for original language that connects a personally meaningful idea to an everyday action. Name the framework and the action, and explain how you want them related. The recording should make clear when it moves from symbolic reflection into rehearsal.

Does using more techniques make a session more effective?

This guide does not establish that. Choose the smallest combination that serves your purpose and notice whether it is usable. If the session feels crowded, remove a part or create separate recordings.
