Create a personalized yoga session with Manai

Manai can create a personalized audio-guided yoga session around your time, experience, setting, and movement preferences. Describe the familiar movements you want, the transitions you need, and how you want to finish. The result is spoken guidance you can revise and replay; the app does not watch or correct your form.

A yoga practice has to fit the room you are in

A ten-minute break beside your desk and a quiet hour on a mat ask different things of a session. Small practical details matter: whether you can get on the floor, whether you want to remain seated, and whether fast transitions make following along difficult.

Our starting point is simple: useful personalization reduces the translation you have to do while moving. Guidance that already accounts for your chair and available space is easier to fit into that specific moment.

Describe the movement, not just the mood

Include your experience level, the space and support you have, movements you already know, and your preferred pace. Ask for clear transitions and permission to skip a movement. For a new pose or a physical limitation, learn appropriate technique from a qualified instructor before relying on audio alone.

Illustrative request:

Create a seven-minute seated yoga break using gentle movements I already know: comfortable shoulder circles, a small seated side bend, and relaxed upright sitting. I have a stable chair and no floor space. Keep the transitions slow, let me choose my range, and finish with a minute of stillness. Use plain movement cues and no music.

This request does not need an elaborate spiritual setting. The practice can mean something because it meets your real day.

Make timing part of the practice

Ask for time to settle before the next cue. Distinguish a pause to move from a pause to reflect. After listening, change whichever instruction required you to rush or guess.

Save the version you like. A familiar sequence can become a dependable break, without rebuilding it each morning. Our desk-break example shows how to narrow the request further, while the silence guide explains how gaps affect the experience.

Frequently asked questions

Can beginners personalize yoga with Manai?

Yes, including a short session of familiar, comfortable movements. Audio guidance is best used with movements you understand; it cannot establish whether a pose is suitable or correctly performed.

Can I choose the pace and amount of narration?

You can request slower transitions, simpler cues, and more time between instructions. Listen to the produced practice and revise pacing that does not fit you.

Can I create yoga for an injury?

Manai is not an injury assessment or rehabilitation service. If you have clinician-approved movements, describe those existing instructions rather than asking the app to diagnose a problem or invent a treatment routine.

Can I replay the same yoga session?

Yes. Once your practice is produced and saved, return to it when available in your library. Creating a useful routine once can be more convenient than making a new sequence for every break.
